Project Requirements

With a large number of investment and savings products being offered via their website, the client required the ability to capture online requests for brochures and other documentation and automatically manage the direct mailing processes with minimal human interaction.

Solution Provided

FWS developed a bespoke client relationship management system (CRM) which incorporated the ability to use a small number of flexible data capture forms to satisfy a wide variety of investment and savings products through efficient integration of the form into their CMS system. By capturing client data and requested mailing packs in an efficient data structure with a SQL Server database, FWS then created a bespoke XML extract system which integrated into the backend systems of a partner printing company to provide a fluid transfer of data including contact details, information requested, mail merge information and letter templates and therefore streamline the process from client completing the form through the their pack being prepared ready for mailing.
